Relate sessions create deep programming for wonderful, joyous, healthy relationships. These sessions, used in rotation, shift your programming to improve listening, communication, sharing, emotional bonding, gratitude, forgiveness, and other cornerstones to successful relationships.
The active stimulation sounds make you more relaxed and aware in the moment and generate a positive perspective and awareness for great relationships in your life. This is most critical in your “significant” relationships, but helps relationships in all areas of your life. The sessions here are similar in format, but have target different mental programming content. These should be used with other types of sessions in the overall program for a balanced improvement in your life.
Listening Instructions for Relate Sessions
These sessions are very easy to use. Simply listen with headphones, earbuds, or on speakers, in an environment where you won’t be interrupted. It is best to use good over-the-ear headphones, though earbuds or speakers are ok (the effect is a slightly reduced).
You will sometimes hear very quiet phrases or words, which are almost imperceptible. There is no need to “try” and listen to those sounds. These are a form of subconscious priming that is sometimes audible and sometimes not. The words you are intended to consciously follow are clearly above the background and should be consistently audible.
These “relate” sessions provide immediate relaxation and optimism, but also trigger a higher quality relationship mindset. The relaxation habit also reduces tunnel-vision that develops and traps you in a cloudy outlook, hiding the true value and opportunity in your relationships.
