  • Notes – I wish I liked the Advanced Breathwork sessions more.  I find myself really consciously focusing on when is the next breath as opposed to existing for the next breath.  Perhaps that is why the notes on the page indicate to move up in length as the session becomes easier.  Nobody said it would be easy!

  • Notes – there are a couple of the Deeper sessions that present the affirmations in a rapid fire, stereo, synchronized fashion.  I find it easy to “exist” and observe all the affirmations, though if I happen to think about the content of any affirmation the ability to process the continuing affirmations is lost.  I have grown to like this feature.

  • Notes – I ran out of time in my morning and needed a 15 minute session. Gentle Meditations provide and introduction and a portion of guided breathing.  I would guess the guided breathing stopped about half way through and the remainder of the session is the existing audio tracks – binaural beats, music and waves.

  • Notes – Most people think of prosperity solely in terms of material wealth.  I think of prosperity along other factors such as family.  Everyone deserves prosperity.  If you are prosperous then not appreciating your prosperity creates a total waste.

  • Notes – Some days when I know that I am not time constricted I will start a timer as I begin the RocketCalm session.  As the session tapers off and ends I will continue quiet mindful meditation for an indeterminate amount of time, generally until some prevailing thought of such great importance (ha!) motivates me to move on with my day.  I think of this as bonus time and it is fantastic.

  • Notes – This is hopefully the first of two meditation sessions for the day.  I didn’t have much time this morning between chores and work and thought I would give the 7 Minute Express session a try.  I found the brief session restorative but just not long enough.  My mind is all over the place any time I begin meditation and I felt I spent half of the 7 minutes telling myself to focus on breathing and let thoughts go.  I think with practice I can make the 7 Minute Express a valuable quick break.
