Well the saying for March is in like a lion, out like a lamb.  I’m not sure how best to rephrase that in the days of Covid19 sheltering in place.  Business as usual on March 1, and even took a family long weekend to Philadelphia over a long school break weekend of March 8.  By the end of the month we were sheltered in place, with rare trips to the grocery store and wondering if we would ever find toilet paper on the grocery store shelves.

Having a dedicated meditation program like RocketCalm has been invaluable in helping me hold my sh*t together in these trying times.
