This program is not passive, your effort and attention are required. Although there is no automatic path to success, there are clear steps you can take to greatly improve your odds. Our fulfillment is in great part accomplishment and advancement that results from our own choices and actions in the face of challenges. Genuine success is never automatic and not a gift. fotolia_88823423Although many simple maxims for success exist, achieving broad success in life is far from common. Our human desire for success is at odds with our neurology, psychology, and social status quo.

Brain/mind understanding has moved from speculation and superstition early last century to neurological and cognitive science today. We are now in a position to dramatically enhance our lives. To get much more out of life, moment by moment, our choices, habits, and actions must change. We must break apart the resistance that binds us to the past.

Our brains are wired to make tomorrow like yesterday. Without intervention, tomorrow will bring the same choices, the same thoughts, the same worries, the same expectations, and the same results.

Resistance to change is a many faceted challenge. First, most of our “resistance” is better described as inertia, requiring some force to change, or things will continue along the same path. Our tendency to repeat yesterday is not an unfulfilled little person within, or a hidden being with contrary motives, but simply our wiring attempting to repeat what worked in the past. If your muscles aren’t strong enough to lift something, you don’t blame the muscle for resisting, you’d find another way to move the object and maybe raise the priority of exercise! This program opens choices to take new paths where inertia has ruled in the past.

Notice that I used the word “most” regarding our resistance being like inertia.  There is another layer of resistance for which “resistance” is apropos. We become attached to emotions, opinions, beliefs, hurts, wrongs, perceptions, factoids, and so on that are the building blocks of mental life. “Attached” is an understatement. Our brains go to enormous lengths to make our chosen thought patterns stay seemingly coherent.  At both a neurological and psychological level, we prefer our way of thinking over alternatives, known or unknown. We see the world with and through our own thinking.  We remain blissfully ignorant of how limiting our beliefs are in perception, choice, and action.  Unlike the simple repetition and automatic behavior of inertia, these are cognitive constructs that limit us. This program will dramatically increase flexibility in the cognitive realm and release thought patterns that hold you back.

Both inertia and resistance occur at neurological, psychological, and social levels.  At a neurological level, the effects of myelination, central to many processes, gives strong preference to repeating patterns over and over.  Our daily routine, relationships, and social interactions also reinforce habits in action and thought. People we interact with often respond to new behavior in a manner that compensates or reinforces prior behavior.  We will dig much deeper over time, but for now know that you have embarked on a path to give much greater power to your choices and chosen path in life.

MindFusionX will spark and catalyze change, which some describe as a thrill ride in intensity.  The program addresses core resistance and inertia challenges in all of us. This program works from the bottom up, neurologically, and from the top down, your cognition and behavior choices. We also focus on generating new action and letting your mind be trained by how the world reacts and responds.  The program is delivered in small increments that rapidly affect your life. This allows you to experience change rather than just think about it. 

Audio Brain Stimulation: These sessions spark new pathways and weaken the stranglehold of ineffective patterns in your brain.  You will experience this as more freedom and choice in life.  You will feel new choices pop up, like a “yield” sign, before making decisions as you have in the past.  As you make new conscious choices, rather than repeating automatic responses, your new life gradually emerges.

The Audio Brain Stimulation sessions include shorter 10-15 minute quick break sessions and 30-35 minute full immersion sessions.  Your current sessions are shown on your dashboard.  As you progress through the program, prior sessions are available from the “Audio Brain Stimulation” page.  Listen to each of the sessions on the dashboard, usually one or two, at least 5 times before proceeding to the next level. You can listen more often if desired. If you listen to both daily, you can advance through a level in about 5 days.  If you listen to a single session every few days, it will take a month per level.  We recommend listening to a session at least four times per week for a good pace.  One quick and one full session daily has very strong effect and a much faster pace.

Online Learning Modules: This is the top down part of our approach.  These units help you recognize and build a more effective outlook and shift your perspective in key areas. The modules are small and action oriented, as applying these approaches generates rapid results.  As you may have surmised, achieving success and fulfillment is doing, not thinking.  We present information and guide you gradually.  You will be sipping, tasting, incrementally learning and applying.   Diligently apply all that makes sense to you.  If you disagree with something along the way, we’d recommend you try it for a while anyway.  If not, continue with the program and minimize it, while keeping an open mind.

Quick Modules.  Most of the online learning modules are a quick read, food for thought, and little follow up items to weave into your life.  These help shift your self-awareness and give you practice making more conscious behavior choices.  The spectrum of topics in the learning modules is highly synergistic with the audio brain stimulation sessions. 

Challenge Modules.  Some of the learning modules are more challenging.  These are meant to scale up your awareness, behavior and choices in key areas.  The challenge modules will ask you to do something specific, and distinctly new, in your life for a period of time (usually 30 days).  The challenge will be changing your habits or routine way of being.  They are not intellectually or physically difficult.  The challenges are sequenced and timed for you to make progress, but also to balance with your life and pace in the program.

We recommend you read and apply the online learning modules at about the same pace as you listen to full sessions.  There are typically 3 modules per level, and levels typical requires you to listen to two sessions at least 5 times.  This is paced for maximum effectiveness when you spend about a week on each level. Set a pace for one to three weeks per level for best results

This is a very powerful program. You will almost immediately notice change and enhanced emotional awareness. When deep emotions occur or surface, allow yourself to experience them, acknowledge feeling the emotions, gently accept the emotional experience, and then move on. There is no benefit or need to examine the heightened emotions or dig into them mentally. You will find the expanded experience of emotions invigorating, but don’t dwell or give them more power over your mental life or actions.

A similar approach is needed for new thought patterns that will spontaneously surface. Widely varied and novel insights, memories, and realizations will occur throughout your life as you use the program. Give the mental experience passing awareness, acknowledge yourself for recollections or novel thoughts, and then move on. When it’s appropriate, take action to improve something with the insight.
