Stress Free sessions are used to help you live without chronic stress. The active stimulation sounds make you more relaxed in the moment and generate a more relaxed perspective in your life. There are several sessions that work in concert to lower your immediate stress and tune your reactions. You live with less stress over time and maintain a good overall mood and outlook.

Listening Instructions for Stress Free Sessions

These sessions are very easy to use. Simply listen with headphones, earbuds, or on speakers, in an environment where you won’t be interrupted. It is best to use good over-the-ear headphones, though earbuds or speakers are ok (the effect is a slightly reduced). 

The stress free sessions provide immediate relaxation, but also rewire you for a low stress, worry free outlook. Under stress, we actually develop a tunnel-vision and see fewer options than those who remain calm-headed. This helps you shift the basic perspective to one of calm, rather than a baseline of stress.

The guided power calm session uses breathing prompts and a relaxation sequence to thoroughly relax your mind and body and prepare you for a great nights sleep.  Listen and follow the guided prompts within the session. 

The Quick-focus session helps you release acute stress related to current or significant situations that are causing you stress. This helps you open up and see the world in new ways, create new options, and switch to a powerful, positive attitude in the previously stressful situations.
