Sleep sessions are used to guide you gently into a deep sleep.  The active stimulation sounds make you more relaxed and ready for sleep. Later in the sessions, the frequencies will pull your brain gently into a sound, deep sleep. In addition, these sessions provide general deep relaxation, good for overall mood and outlook.

Listening Instructions for Sleep Sessions

These sessions are very easy to use. Simply listen with headphones, earbuds, or on speakers, while in an environment suitable for sleep. It is best to use good over-the-ear headphones, although earbuds or speakers work well for many people. 

The general sleep sessions use only music, beach sounds, and other sounds that guide the brain into deep relaxation and sleep. Just listen and allow yourself to relax. These are all 40 minutes in length, but most people fall asleep before they are done. Listen at a comfortable, but generally quiet volume suitable for background sounds when sleeping.

The guided power calm session uses breathing prompts and a relaxation sequence to thoroughly relax your mind and body and prepare you for a great nights sleep.  Listen and follow the guided prompts within the session. 

Do NOT listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing dangerous activities.
