Relax Sessions are used to sounds make you more open to new pathways by activating diverse areas of your cortex in novel ways.  In addition, these sessions use deep relaxation, breathwork, and audible affirmations.

All of these techniques combine to train lower stress levels and make you more receptive to new information.  Subliminal messages are used to make your brain even more receptive (these are a small subset of the audible messages in the program that are suitable for subliminal use).

Listening Instructions for Relax Sessions

These sessions are very easy to follow, though be forewarned the instructions don’t really capture experience and also make it sound more complicated than it is.  The sessions are very powerful in both immediate and long term effects.

Relax sessions include breathing prompts designed to slow your breathing temporarily and reinforce a bias toward a healthy in-breath to out-breath ratio ( in 1 : out 2 ) and breathing rate.  The guided breathing may seem awkward at first, but you will quickly adapt.  There is no need to consciously alter breathing at other times, other than stay relaxed as deeply as you are able.  It gets easier each time through.

You will usually hear affirmations during the longer out-breath portion.  Listen to affirmations with minimal interpretation or thought.  Just let the affirmation resonate during the exhale time.

When you inhale again, there are styles to contemplating the previous affirmation.  We suggest you rotate between these styles on successive listening sessions.  Within a session, be gently consistent with the approach.

  1. Let your mind be quiet, the affirmation just fades.
  2. Repeat the conceptual awareness of the affirmation, recalling what it means, without replaying the sound in your head.
  3. Quickly visualize a situation, either real or hypothetical, in which the affirmation fully and genuinely applies.

Please note, these listening recommendations are helpful to enhance the program, but there isn’t a wrong way to listen, as long as you remain present and aware as much as feasible.

Do NOT listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing dangerous activities.
