Listening Instructions for Quick Break Sessions
These sessions are short and include guidance through most of their length. You may need practice to relax in the short amount of time. Simply relax, listen, and pay attention to specific guidance.
Prior to listening to quick break sessions, you may be asked to identify situations or topics you will be prompted to recall in the session. When needed, the session has a brief preparation note above the audio player / download link.
