Advanced Meditation Breathwork Sessions are powerful experiences that create deep awareness while focusing on managing your breathing during the session. These are highly effective at reaching very deep and powerful meditative states. This accelerates your receptiveness to meditative states and creates a background of powerful relaxation in your daily life.
Each successive session goes longer, and slower in your guided breathing. The breathing pattern is a gradual slowdown in a 1:2 ratio (in breath is shorter) and then a gradual increasing toward normal. In addition to deep meditative states, the deep breathing practice helps you naturally breathe better in your daily life (no need to deliberately breathe differently outside the session).
Try these sessions starting with the shortest. If it is very refreshing and comfortable, you can try a longer session. Don’t use any of these sessions if the breathing seems arduous.
Listening Instructions for Meditation Breathwork Sessions
These sessions are very easy to follow. Simply relax, listen, relax, and breathe as guided. Attend to your breathing and immerse yourself in the music, water sounds, and body awareness.
Notice any verbal thoughts without judging, allow them to fade, and gently return to listening to the sounds, your breathing, or body awareness. Your mind will become more quiet as you go through this program. This effect helps you build relaxation, awareness, and focus in your everyday life.
